    About the Role

     

    In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, sales teams, partners, and customers to enhance existing products and develop new solutions. You will gain broad technical knowledge across the Endpoints product line, deliver impactful presentations, and continuously improve the product portfolio. You will also work closely with calling and collaboration product teams to deliver complete customer solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Understand customer needs, incorporate feedback, and identify opportunities to deliver maximum value.

     

    Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with sales teams, partners, and customers.

     

    Work with cross-functional teams to explore feature and platform innovations that drive customer success.

     

    Showcase the product portfolio through presentations and demonstrations, sharing the vision with customers and internal teams.

     

    Provide product presentations and training to sales teams and partners.

     

    Support key customer engagements and ensure successful outcomes.

     

    Leverage AI to innovate and create impactful solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

     

    Incorporate AI into daily operations to optimize productivity and improve decision-making.

     

    Stay current in a rapidly evolving technology landscape and continuously challenge yourself to learn and adapt.

    Pay Rate: $66 / hour.

     

    Shift: Mon – Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)

    **Pay Details:** $66.00 per hour
