Job Title: Web Experience Analyst

Reports to : Vice President of Web Experience

Job Purpose: To support Web Experience leadership by conducting research and providing analysis on: site performance, customer experience, and other related areas in eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct research, data analysis, and interviews to identify opportunities for improvement.

+ Manage incoming data and reporting requests, setting priorities based on business impact.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and identify the KPIs that matter most.

+ Translate business needs into clear documentation and actionable deliverables.

+ Prepare documents to present findings and analysis to management.

Requirements:

+ SQL and SQL Query.

+ Experience in data analysis.

+ Background in eCommerce.

+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting to upper management.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Recommended Skills:

+ Experience with BI tools (Cognos, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

+ Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

+ Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and data science applications.

+ Expert understanding of data warehousing design and data modeling.

Experience: 5-7 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
