Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Control Technician to support quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on process control, inspections, statistical analysis, and collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure products meet all requirements.
+ **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Use SPC, control charts, and statistical tools to monitor processes and initiate containment when needed
+ Perform dimensional inspections, check fixtures, and verify compliance with quality standards
+ Report non-conforming product and support root cause and corrective action efforts
+ Maintain, calibrate, and ensure integrity of gauges and inspection equipment
+ Support welding inspections, destructive and non-destructive testing, and sample submissions
+ Assist with training in process control methods
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
+ Promote safety, quality, housekeeping (5S), and continuous improvement
+ Communicate effectively across shifts and departments
+ Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Experience with GMAW and RSW welding applications
+ Knowledge of SPC related to sheet metal stampings and assemblies
+ Experience using standard measurement and inspection equipment
+ Level I UT NDT certification (or ability to obtain and maintain)
+ Strong computer skills and ability to interpret technical documentation
+ Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed **Physical & Work Environment:**
+ Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted; bending, standing, walking, and climbing required
+ Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and industrial hazards **Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety:**
+ Comply with all IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and EH&S procedures
+ Follow safety rules, wear required PPE, and support a hazard-free workplace
**Pay Details:** $23.15 per week
