    Responsibilities for a Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:

    + Process routine transactions such as data entry, report generation, and trade/payment processing.

    + Research and resolve discrepancies in cost basis data within the Global Tax Lots system.

    + Respond to Branch inquiries and update requests via New Service Gateway and email.

    + Ensure accurate tax lot reporting in compliance with IRS regulations.

    + Provide quality service and operational support to internal and external stakeholders.

    + Assist with training and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

    Candidates for Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance-related field preferred.

    + High School Diploma required.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

    + Strong understanding of industry rules, regulations, policies, and standards.

    + Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Shift: Full-time, 40 hours/week; onsite for the first week of training, then hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
