osition Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Technician to join our new packaging and production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production. This role requires technical and manual aptitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Essential Functions and Duties:
This position is responsible for sanitation and packaging, but not limited to, the following:
+ Perform the preparation, operation, and set up of machines and equipment for packaging.
+ Conduct routine care of the machine for its operation (Basic Maintenance, Cleaning, etc.)
+ Complete control plans and documents as determined by engineering.
+ Making production notes in the SAP System
+ Record and check the allocation of the production order composition
+ Fill out cleaning forms always after execution.
+ Ensure and take responsibility for the execution of the reconciliation process as defined for the department/process.
+ Record and report information accurately as per requirements.
+ Reinforces meticulous adherence to procedures and amends procedures as needed to continuously improve them.
+ Perform the line clearance, segregate products, and traceability
+ Work closely with team leaders, technicians, and managers to meet daily production targets.
+ Support training of new team members when required.
+ Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
+ Other duties as assigned by a manager.
Quality and Safety
+ Comply with and maintain the commitment to the Quality Policy
+ Adherent to all company policies, work rules and the Client Code of Conduct, including Ethics.
+ Ensure the environmental conditions at the workstation in accordance with the definitions and requirements for organization, cleaning, equipment, and operating instructions.
+ Follow all safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements.
+ Identify and report defective products, packaging issues, or equipment malfunctions.
+ Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe practices immediately.
+ Follow procedures and complete documentation
+ Perform job duties in compliance with work instructions.
+ Apply a disciplined approach to ensuring conformance to medical device regulations, clean and maintain production equipment standards.
Work Environment/Physical Attributes
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area.
+ Comply with the Medical Devices Good Manufacturing Practices
+ Perform work in a fast-paced, team environment
+ Ensures safety of manufacturing processes to protect employees from work-related harm (zero-accident mentality).
+ Standing for long periods, walking, bending, and lifting materials (as required by production tasks).
+ The noise level in the work environment is consistently moderate
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Completed High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Minimum 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
+ Able to interact with a computer-managed workflow.
+ Basic computer knowledge with the ability to communicate in writing (e.i Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Basic understanding of the manufacturing requirements in regulated environments.
+ Basic knowledge of FDA regulations
+ Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems
+ Ability to work with small, high-quality parts and attention to detail.
+ Ability to learn and execute tasks
+ Able to communicate and collaborate effectively.
+ Focused, detailed attention, proactive communication, visual acuity, and hand-eye coordination

**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
