Job Summary

The Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of packages throughout the client campus while providing excellent customer service. This is a physically active, driving-based role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and basic technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

+ Deliver and retrieve packages throughout the client campus in a timely and accurate manner

+ Perform shipping and receiving duties, including processing inbound and outbound packages

+ Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients and staff

+ Safely operate a company van or tragon with trailer as required

+ Use company-issued iPhone and tracking systems to scan, log, and track packages

+ Communicate with team members and dispatch using Slack or similar messaging tools

+ Utilize basic computer applications, including limited use of Excel and Outlook

+ Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

+ Walk up to approximately **5 miles per day**

+ Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to **50 pounds**

+ Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting

Qualifications

+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

+ Comfortable using smartphone technology and package tracking systems

+ Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and messaging tools such as Slack

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Work Environment

+ Physically active, campus-based delivery and shipping/receiving setting

+ Combination of indoor and outdoor work

+ Fast-paced, customer-focused role

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands

+ Exposure to copier/fax machine noise, toner, temperature changes, and potential paper cuts

+ Exposure to various weather conditions when traveling between buildings

+ Daily in-person and telephone interaction with customers, employees, managers, and dispatch

+ Occasional contact with vendors and equipment repair personnel

+ Work under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, which may result in elevated stress levels

+ Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting up to **50 lbs** , and pushing or pulling wheeled equipment weighing up to **400 lbs**

+ Walking between buildings is required
