Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for a quick learner who can adapt and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role involves supporting compliance functions and administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding processes and perform initial due diligence for prospective clients.

• Review corporate documentation to assess the nature and ownership structure of businesses.

• Verify incoming applications and gather relevant business details for compliance purposes.

• Assist with periodic reporting requirements, including monthly and quarterly reports.

• Provide necessary information and support during audits.

• Maintain and update client files and application records within tracking systems.

• Collaborate with the Compliance Officer and other team members to meet organizational goals.

• Offer suggestions to improve compliance policies and operational best practices.

Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in time management and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat for document handling.

• Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with customer service and multi-line phone systems preferred.

• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes is advantageous.
