    We’re looking for a motivated early‑career professional who’s excited about trading operations and interested in progressing toward a Financial Advisor career path. This role combines hands‑on trading responsibilities with a structured development track designed to build advisory skills over the first several years.     Key Responsibilities

    + Execute early‑morning portfolio trades based on internal instructions

    + Perform accurate data entry, trading documentation, and workflow updates in portfolio management and CRM systems

    + Support Advisors with investment research, meeting preparation, and ongoing professional development activities

    + Assist with operational processes related to portfolio oversight and account maintenance

    Required Qualifications

    + 1–2 years of experience in financial services, ideally within an RIA, wealth management firm, or similar environment

    + Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline

    + Genuine interest in transitioning into an Advisor‑focused role over time

    + Comfort with trading as a primary responsibility during the early stages of the role

    + Ability to work independently during early‑morning market hours
