OVERVIEW:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities. This role ensures safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while leading a team of hourly employees. The Supervisor will support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including product receiving, storage, and outbound shipping.
+ Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through established processes.
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and audit readiness.
+ Train, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and address issues promptly.
+ Track and report warehouse performance metrics (KPIs).
+ Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
+ Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
+ Report any risks or unsafe conditions immediately to management.
WORK EXPERIENCES:
+ Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
+ Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving procedures, and warehouse material handling.
+ Familiarity with SAP or similar WMS systems preferred.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Experience with Continuous Improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
+ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
+ Associate degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
+ Directly supervises 15+ hourly employees in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
+ Responsible for scheduling, training, and enforcing company policies.
+ Ensures Labor Contract is followed by all employees, and reports any potential violation
+ Reviews performance for hourly employees and identify training needs
+ Reviews and issues disciplinary measures according to the Company Policy

+ MS Office (Excel / Word / Email) proficiency required
+ Regular and predictable attendance
PAY RANGE: $56,000 - $105,500
