    Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large and complex mechanical projects from pre-construction through closeout.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    + Manage the scope of work and ensure project delivery within budget and quality standards.

    + Coordinate and manage resources, overseeing internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

    + Work closely with engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams for seamless project execution.

    + Identify potential project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

    + Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

    + Review and approve change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation..

    + Drive project strategy, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, and contract management.

    + Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

    + Resolve high-level project challenges and client concerns.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    + Project management, construction, and mechanical systems expertise.

    + Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as MS Project, Procore, and Primavera.

    + Proven track record of managing complex mechanical projects with multiple stakeholders.

    + Exceptional leadership, mentoring, organizational, and communication skills.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Albany, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
