Actalent is looking for a clinical patient recruiter in Richardson, TX! If you are interested in this position, please read over the job description below!

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Key responsibilities:

+ Recruit patients for study participation via incoming calls, cold calls, and texting platforms

+ Conduct phone screening interviews based on protocol-specific criteria

+ Collaborate with Coordinators to meet recruitment goals and assess eligibility

+ Schedule screening visits and perform reminder calls

+ Maintain accurate recruitment data and update databases

+ Follow recruitment policies and procedures for tracking participants

+ Implement recruiting strategies and prepare action plans

+ Provide weekly updates on recruitment activities

+ Maintain an active pipeline of potential participants

Qualifications:

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Experience in patient recruitment or clinical research is a plus

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

This is a Contract position based out of Richardson, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
