Job Title: IT Inventory Specialist

About the Role

Join our team as an IT Inventory Specialist! You’ll help inspect, organize, and track electronic equipment. This is a hands-on, active role in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be on your feet for most of the shift.

What You’ll Do

+ Check and organize IT equipment using serial numbers

+ Keep accurate records during audits

+ Perform repetitive tasks efficiently

+ Help with inventory checks and material handling

+ Ensure equipment meets quality standards

What We’re Looking For

+ Great attention to detail

+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks

+ At least 6 months of warehouse or similar experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

+ Experience in assembly line or production work

+ Knowledge of inventory control or auditing

+ Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

Work Environment & Schedule

+ Fast-paced warehouse with ~70 team members

+ Semi-climate-controlled facility

+ 30-minute lunch break

+ **Shifts:**

+ 1st: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

+ 2nd: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

+ Monday–Friday, occasional overtime (rarely weekends)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
