    Job Title: Electronics Repair Technician

    Job Description

    This position is responsible for the repair, modification, and replacement of parts on electronic units, specifically focusing on cell phones.

    Responsibilities

    + Analyze failed phones according to established methods and procedures.

    + Resolve technical issues within the scheduled time and provide break and fix solutions using OEM standards.

    + Disassemble and reassemble cell phones into good cosmetic housing.

    + Remove and replace LCD screens from back-housing.

    + Remove and replace motherboards and batteries.

    + Replace screws and ensure component integrity.

    + Be flexible to perform other assigned responsibilities as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.

    + Basic troubleshooting skills.

    + Rework experience with cell phones.

    + Basic computer skills for documenting repairs.

    + Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

    + Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with assembly and disassembly.

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    + Attention to detail and production skills.

    + Familiarity with circuit boards and PCBs.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment with a structured schedule. The shift is from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with two breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Interviews will be conducted in Coatesville, with the potential assignment location in either West Chester or Coatesville.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
