    Job Title: Mig Welder

    Job Description

    The role involves welding structural steel components within a manufacturing fabrication environment, ensuring high-quality standards and precision. They are working a 1st shift from 7am-3:30 pm Mon-Fri with optional overtime. The pay will range from $24-27/hr depending on experience and how you do on the weld test. They are excited to have people join the team!

    Responsibilities

    + Weld structural steel components using MIG welding techniques.

    + Interpret and work from blueprints and weld symbols to execute precise welding tasks.

    + Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards in a fabrication setting.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in MIG welding and GMAW.

    + Experience with steel fabrication and welding structural steel.

    + Ability to interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior experience in a metal fabrication shop is advantageous.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
