    Aerotek (Pacific Junction, IA)


    Wheel Loader Operator –** **$20–$21/hr

     

    We’re hiring experienced heavy equipment operators who can start ASAP. You’ll be working in a busy industrial yard moving product, turning piles, and helping prepare organic mixes. Fast interview process and quick start.

    Job Duties

    + Operate heavy equipment: forklifts, backhoes, front‑end loaders

    + Move mixed products and turn piles in the shipyard

    + Prepare and separate organic mixes

    + Lift up to 50 lbs

    + Perform light cleanup and keep equipment clean

    Skills Needed

    + Proficient with backhoes, front‑end loaders, forklifts

    + 2–3 years operating backhoe, skid loader, front‑end loader, and forklift

    + Able to work in dusty, non‑climate‑controlled environments

    Additional Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stay on your feet

    + Must work in a tobacco‑free environment

    Experience Level

    + Intermediate to expert

    Location

    + Pacific Junction, Iowa

    + Work inside the warehouse and outside in the shipping yard

    + Expect dusty and hot conditions

    Shift

    + Monday–Friday

    + 48 hours per week

    + No weekends

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pacific Junction, IA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
