    Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description

     

    Oversee maintenance of processing and packaging equipment, utilities, and automation systems. Lead maintenance, planning, and storeroom teams to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with Production to schedule preventative maintenance and minimize downtime. Build and develop world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance teams. Manage outside contractors for installations and projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. Drive safety initiatives and enforce compliance with all safety requirements. Develop and implement measures to improve equipment performance and resolve technical issues, providing sustainable solutions. Maintain accurate time and maintenance records; manage departmental budgets. Lead small-scale capital projects, including contractor management and commissioning. Act as a contributing member of the site's Food Safety Team and ensure HACCP compliance. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure regular and predictable attendance.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including aseptic and wet manufacturing experience.

    + At least 5 years of experience managing people and projects.

    + Strong technical troubleshooting skills across equipment and automation systems.

    + Experience with TPM/WCM methodologies.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP CMMS.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions.

    + Proven ability to reduce costs, manage timelines, and drive long-term improvements.

    + Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to build and inspire teams.

    + Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) is a plus.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Hugoton, KS.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
