    Job Title: IT Inventory Specialist

     

    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as IT Equipment Specialist. In this role, you’ll support the refurbishment process by inspecting, organizing, and tracking electronic equipment. This position is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive tasks and staying active throughout the workday. You will be standing for the duration of your shift.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Audit, verify, and organize IT equipment using serial numbers

    + Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail during all audits

    + Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency

    + Assist with material handling and inventory checks

    + Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure equipment meets standards

    Essential Skills & Experience

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

    + Minimum 6 months of warehouse, industrial, or similar hands‑on experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience working on an assembly line or in a production environment

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    + Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team

    + Familiarity with auditing processes, cycle counts, or inventory control

    Work Environment & Schedule

    + Fast‑paced warehouse environment with approximately 70 team members onsite

    + Semi–climate‑controlled facility

    + 30‑minute lunch break

    + **Shifts:**

    + **1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM**

    + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

    + Monday–Friday schedule; occasional overtime, typically not on weekends

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
