Job Title: CNC Mill 5-Axis Machinist** **Job Description
As a 5-Axis Mill CNC Programmer with prototype experience, you will operate, set up, and maintain CNC mills to produce high-quality parts, specifically within the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities
+ Operate, set up, and maintain CNC mills to produce high-quality parts.
+ Program and edit CNC machine tool paths using ESPRIT CAM software or Fusion 360.
+ Select and adjust tools, offsets, and feeds/speeds to optimize machine performance and part accuracy.
+ Perform quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in programming Heidenhain CNC controls.
+ Experience with prototypes, especially in aerospace.
+ Knowledge of working with materials like Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Inconel, and Titanium.
+ Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
+ Familiarity with Fanuc CNC controls.
+ Ability to pass a GD&T test.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic environment currently operating 6 days a week from 7am-6pm, Monday through Saturday. Enjoy planned days off on December 24th, 25th, and January 1st.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hawthorne, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $67.20 - $84.00/hr.
