    Now Hiring: Skilled & General Laborers (3‑Week Contract)

    Position Overview:

    We’re hiring Skilled and General Laborers to support a short‑term project inside a climate‑controlled Amazon facility. Work is fast‑paced, hands‑on, and requires reliability and strong work ethic.

     

    **Start Date:** January 5, 2026

    **Duration:** 3 weeks

    **Job Type:** Contract initially, with the chance to join a nationwide travel team based on performance and attendance.

    **Shifts: Day:** 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM || **Night:** 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

    **Pay: Skilled Laborer** ($24/hr) || **General Laborer** ($21/hr)

    Positions:

    **Skilled Laborer -** For candidates with construction or mechanical experience.

    Duties

    + Install metal fencing and safety barriers

    + Assemble metal frames, gates and robotic componets

    + Drill into concrete and perform mechanical tasks

    + Use hand and power tools

    + Follow blueprints and schematics

    **General Laborer –** For candidates supporting basic assembly and material handling.

    Duties

    + Small‑part assembly

    + Move and stage materials

    + Keep work areas clean

    + Assist Skilled Laborers

    Work Environment

    + Climate‑controlled warehouse

    + Loud and fast‑paced

    + 10‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday (Saturday overtime possible)

    + 1‑hour lunch break

    Preferred Skills (All Roles)

    + Experience with hand/power tools

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly

    + Comfortable standing/walking for long periods

    + Experience in construction, carpentry, or industrial repair is a plus

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that is often loud and fast-paced. Shifts are scheduled from Monday to Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays. Each shift consists of 10-hour workdays, with a one-hour lunch break, 30 minutes of which are deducted. The project is a three-week commitment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
