Job Title: Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description

As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will support the production of HVAC and building-solution products through hands-on assembly, machine operation, and quality-focused tasks. Responsibilities
+ Assemble product components according to specifications and work instructions.
+ Measure using a tape measure in the metric system.
+ Use a micrometer to ensure correct product diameter.
+ Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support safety and productivity.
+ Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
+ Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Manufacturing experience is not required.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude or experience in construction, building maintenance, or automotive maintenance.
+ Attention to detail for quality inspection and accurate assembly.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools or machinery.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
+ Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.

Work Environment
Fast-paced production setting with daily output goals. Hands-on work with plastic components or HVAC-related products. The facility offers a clean and organized environment with a focus on safety. Shift times include A-Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, and C-Shift Overnight, 7:00 pm - 7:30 am, with a 3/4 rotation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterford, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
