    Responsibilities:

    + Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.

    + Diagnose cause of malfunction.

    + Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

    + Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

    + Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.

    + Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

    Requirements:

    + 2- 3 Years (minimum) flat rate franchise car dealer experience preferred

    + ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications a plus

    + Toyota or Lexus experience required

    The hourly estimated pay range is $17.00 to 40.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses on production productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
