### What will I be doing?
+ Lead and direct the daily sales operations of the on\-property Sales office, serving as the primary hotel representative to prospective clients seeking guest rooms, meeting space, and food & beverage services\.
+ Drive national sales efforts with a strong focus on the association market and large\-scale meetings\.
+ Proactively respond to sales inquiries while initiating new business through prospecting, lead qualification, and targeted outreach\.
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships by entertaining clients, conducting site visits, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process\.
+ Determine rates, prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business aligned with revenue and room\-night goals\.
+ Manage and service assigned accounts, ensuring repeat business and long\-term partnerships\.
+ Analyze lost business and market trends to refine sales strategies and improve conversion\.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue, room night, and market\-share objectives\.
+ Collaborate closely with hotel leadership and cross\-functional departments \(Operations, Events, Catering, Revenue Management, Marketing\) to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services\.
+ Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales team members, fostering high performance and professional growth\.
