In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships at all levels within the customers’ organizations, as well as within the Aroma Ingredients global team, strengthening the global strategic relationship with our global key accounts, and driving growth in line with our strategy.

+ Leading customer development and growth activities in alignment with the Aroma Ingredients strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
+ Driving the global key account strategic planning process, including developing and executing strategic account plans and steering cross-regional activities.
+ Identifying, negotiating, and closing growth opportunities with regional and global key accounts while managing key internal and external stakeholders.
+ Implementing the Aroma Ingredients strategy and delivering performance targets by defining budgets, monitoring critical KPIs, and driving new business and innovation initiatives.
+ Acting as the primary customer focal point, serving as the key interface for BASF senior management and leading customer issue escalation and resolution.
+ Building and maintaining senior-level customer relationships by presenting to internal and external stakeholders and steering high-impact business discussions.

+ Hold a Bachelor’s or advanced degree and bring 5+ years of business experience in Sales, Marketing, or Account Management within aroma ingredients or a related industry.
+ Demonstrate proven sales leadership and influencing skills, with experience leading strategic account planning at a global or regional level.
+ Apply strong strategic thinking and organizational awareness to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
+ Work collaboratively with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset across regions and functions.
+ Leverage strong business acumen, including experience managing budgets, KPIs, and business performance targets.
+ Communicate effectively at a senior level, possessing strong interpersonal, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills to engage key decision-makers.

Pay transparency
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $152,000 - $190,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
