We are seeking
dedicated and experienced Machinists to join our manufacturing team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating both manual and CNC
machines to produce parts that meet customer specifications. This role requires
a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining
high standards of quality and a safety environment.
How You’ll Make anImpact
+ ·Set upand operate Manual Machines and CNC Machines, including lathes and mills
+ ·Interpretblueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate setup andmachining operations.
+ ·Monitorthe machining process to ensure parts are produced to drawing and customerspecifications.
+ ·Performin-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers,micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Make
necessary adjustments to machines and programs to maintain product quality.
• Work
closely with Leadman/Supervisor to ensure priorities are in line and adhere to
instructions given each day.
What You Bring
+ High school diploma or GED that can beverified is required; technical or vocational training in machining ispreferred.
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience as aMachinist
+ Strong understanding of machiningprinciples, techniques, and best practices.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints,drawings, and technical specifications.
+ Proficiency in using precision measuringinstruments.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attentionto detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team and haveexcellent communication and organizational skills.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United
