Compensation and Schedule for the Billing Customer Service Representative
Billing Customer Service Representative – Full-time, work-from-home, $22 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm during training within Arizona time zone. Join a great team!
Required Qualifications of the Billing Customer Service Representative
- 1+ year of recent healthcare customer service experience required
- EOB and insurance carrier knowledge required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the Billing Customer Service Representative
- Answer inbound calls and incoming emails from patients
- Help patients resolve billing questions or transfer to correct department for assistance
- Obtain secondary payor information
- Verify eligibility online
- Check and sort mail
