    Join our **Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL)** team as a **Vice President-level Lead Data Scientist** , where you’ll shape the future of data-driven decision-making in one of the most dynamic areas of financial services.     What You’ll Do

    + **Drive Strategy Through Data:** Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable data science initiatives that influence product innovation and customer engagement.

    + **Lead Advanced Modeling:** Design and implement sophisticated machine learning and deep learning models, leveraging cutting-edge statistical techniques to uncover insights and predict outcomes.

    + **Architect Scalable Solutions:** Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust, secure, and production-ready deployment of analytics solutions across cloud platforms.

    + **Champion Data Excellence:** Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, governance, and reproducibility, ensuring models meet the highest standards of accuracy and transparency.

    + **Communicate Impact:** Present complex findings in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving informed decisions at the executive level.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of data science experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    + 5+ years experience in Python and SQL

    + 1+ years experience in leadership or mentorship of more junior team members

    + Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Expertise in **deep learning frameworks** (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with **NLP or predictive modeling** .

    + Prior experience supporting **Agile product teams** in a corporate environment.

    + Familiarity with **banking products** , transaction services, and working capital solutions.

    + Knowledge of **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
