Compensation is per shift $1900-2200, dependant on shift type*

Position Overview

We are seeking a **Relief Emergency Veterinarian** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for veterinarians who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy practicing high-quality emergency medicine with the support of strong technical staff and boarded specialists.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide urgent and emergency medical care to a diverse caseload

+ Perform diagnostics, develop treatment plans, and communicate effectively with clients

+ Collaborate with ER, GP, and specialty teams to ensure continuity of care

+ Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of patient care

+ Assist with emergency surgeries and procedures as needed

Qualifications

+ DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school

+ Active veterinary license in CA (or ability to obtain one)

+ Previous emergency medicine experience preferred, but confident new graduates with ER interest are welcome

+ Strong communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to excellent patient care

+ Ability to adapt to a busy, fast-moving hospital environment
