In this role, individual will be part of the Wholesale Operations Operational Excellence (Opex) function involved in delivering cross line of business change across Wholesale Operations. The centralized model helps to apply structure, consistency, and drive execution results for the Wholesale Operations Strategic and Risk priorities. The role is critical to the Wholesale Operations Opex team’s support and help keep the functional leaders and managers in the day-to-day operations of serving our clients.
The individual is expected to have strong background in running and managing transformation initiatives around Digital and Intelligent automation, experience in implementing Agile Delivery models and working as an Internal Consultant solving business problems of varied nature. The incumbent will be required to work under stringent timelines, maintain strong engagement with multiple functions in a matrix environment. The individual will take lead in working with stakeholders to identify current challenges around Digital and Intelligent automation, help identify pain points, risk, and gaps. Post which, implement solutions leveraging platforms like Microsoft PowerApps and working alongside multiple partners.
In this role, you will:
+ Develop and execute the product roadmap for products like Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, etc., including defining product features, enhancements, and integrations to meet/ exceed customer requirements
+ Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
+ Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, development, testing, and release activities
+ Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
+ Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
+ Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
+ Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
+ Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience of change management or large-scale transformation initiatives in a complex organizational setup, especially around workflow/ case management/ checklist management leveraging applications like MS Power Apps, Power BI or similar
+ Experience of leading cross functional teams in a matrix program structure, involving Low Code / No Code build out, Intelligent automation, Workflow, Checklist management, Case management, and OCR
+ Experience working in AGILE / SCRUM methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases
+ Experience in iterative feature delivery including MVPs ensuring adherence to business needs
+ Experience in building and reporting Operational Score card metrics to various stakeholders
+ Ability to facilitate workshops, design sessions and gather requirements from Business SMEs and Senior leadership to deliver business outcomes
+ Ability to work in a collaborative environment with an emphasis on teamwork
+ Experience in coordinating functional testing and user acceptance testing with data partners and business users
+ Sound knowledge and background of operational processes in the financial service industry
+ Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trend
+ Sound verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely
+ Stakeholder management skills to be able to work as a liaison between development team, data analysis team, Operations managers and the sr. level executives
+ CSPO, Lean Six Sigma and Agile certifications would be an added advantage
