Description
You will be part of Intuit Australia's Key Accounts delivery team implementing our Intuit solutions to solve customers problems and create world-class solution experiences for accounting & bookkeeping firms with their advisors who are using the Clients products platform ecosystem. You will use your customer-obsessed curiosity and problem-solving mindset to approach customers' delivery requirements while being a champion of customer trust in understanding the customer’s business problems and solving the technical solution challenges they face.
You deliver customer onboarding success by being effective and efficient in communications, strategically working with the customer on the solution processes, and providing guidance to customers, with a focus on the "delivery critical path", tracking progress, setting and managing customer expectations, and removing fictions through the implementation.
You will also be reporting improvements and feedback on behalf of customers expanding our value to their business and driving successful implementation of solutions and achieving customers’ expected delivery outcomes. You will be working with our products including QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Accountant, QuickBooks Payroll, QuickBooks Self-Employed, and QuickBooks Time, as well as our platforms technological partners. Responsibilities:
• Champion a customer-obsessed and experience-focused solution journey, work with internal teams and external partners to deliver requirements for solution outcomes that solve our customers' business problems
• Create consistent solution experiences for customers by following solution methodology guidelines, running each solution in a structured and managed way that enables customers on the platform, setting & managing expectations & timelines for each stage of the solution and its implementation
• Work with multiple customers and manage priorities within a high volume and fast-paced environment
• Use creative problem solving and process thinking to solve customer workflow need, manage, analyze and iterate customer and expert processes, removing barriers & helping customers manage their business

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.41 - $28.41/hr.
