**Starting Pay** : $25/hr

**Location:** 910 Elm St, Mckinney, Tx, 75069

**Schedule:** 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Job Requirements

+ Proficient in Brush & Roll painting techniques

+ Knowledge and use of spray equipment (preferred)

+ Ability to operate lifts, ladders, and power tools

+ Must be able to distinguish colors on charts, fan decks, and labels

+ Dependable transportation

+ Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays

+ Must be willing to undergo an onsite drug screen

+ Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial and industrial paint and coating applications

Essential Job Functions

+ Apply Latex, oil-based, and epoxy paints using brush and roll techniques

+ Prepare surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) for paint application

+ Ensure proper surface preparation for optimal coating performance

Physical Requirements

This position involves:

+ Repetitive movement

+ Frequent walking throughout the facility

+ Kneeling, crouching, and stooping

+ Use of hands to operate tools, parts, and equipment

+ Lifting up to 50 lbs. while bending, twisting, and standing
