CTG is seeking to fill a **Package Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management** opening for our premier client.

A Package Consultant Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management is crucial for driving the successful implementation and engagement of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. This role involves leading the implementation of business processes related to the Talent Management module including talent profile, goal and performance management , succession planning and career development in Oracle Cloud HCM. The consultant will lead Talent Management business process sessions to understand business requirements, identify requirement and solution gaps, areas of improvement, and key decisions.

The consultant applies business process and system expertise to recommend leading practices in Talent Management, aiming to maximize process efficiencies and effectiveness while minimizing future maintenance efforts. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solutions to achieve expected business results through process design, product configuration and prototypes, functional design, product personalization/customization, and application testing. The consultant will educate clients on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and identify opportunities for additional service offerings.

The consultant presents robust Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, reviews and modifies them as needed, and ensures solutions meet customer requirements to close deals for IBM. Additionally, they provide engagement managers with status reports and participate in training and other events to share their product skills with other practitioners.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50 to $120 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
