Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours/week
Caseload: 4–5 students, multiple school sites
Contract Length: ASAP to remainder of 2025-2026 School Year
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and programmatic therapeutic services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role includes developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, supervising service delivery, and supporting students with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans.
+ Implement ABA programmatic therapeutic services for students.
+ Provide consultation and training to staff and families.
+ Supervise and assess behavioral service delivery across multiple school sites.
+ Collaborate with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
+ Ensure compliance with professional standards and district/state requirements.
Minimum Requirements
+ Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field.
+ Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services.
+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.
+ Current CPR certification, if applicable.
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.
+ Current Health Certificate (per contract/state regulation).
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
+ Schools experience required; SPED endorsement a plus but not required.
