+ 8+ years of experience in program management, consulting, HR, or a related field

    Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience designing or leading enterprise-wide people programs such as internal mobility, talent development, or career growth initiatives

+ Experience building, piloting, or improving programs in ambiguous or evolving environments where frameworks do not yet exist

+ Experience driving change and adoption across large or global organizations

+ Ability to manage multiple projects as part of a broader program portfolio, with attention to sequencing, risks, and dependencies

+ Strong communication and synthesis skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders

+ Ability to use data and insights to shape hypotheses, define success metrics, and guide program decisions

+ Demonstrated ability to take iterative next steps, test ideas, learn quickly, and refine direction based on outcomes and feedback

+ Comfort operating with high ambiguity, taking ownership, and creating clarity where none exists

+ Creativity in generating new ideas, approaches, and solutions
