    Job Title: Project Admin Assistant

     

    Hours/Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

     

    Pay Range: $21- $22/hour

     

    Type: Contract to hire

    Overview:

    Global Contract Testing Organization is seeking to add a Project Admin Assistant to join their team! This role would support 2-3 Project Managers in assisting with the coordination and timely management of customer projects.

    Responsibilities:

    + Support Project Managers in operational and administrative tasks; project set-up, coordinating customer sample shipments to and from lab, communicating with customers as needed, calendar management and data entry

    + Review and generates sample receipts

    + Confirm customer information needed is recorded in LIMS for invoicing

    + Creates and issues final report by client due date

    + Reviews final invoice before issuing to customers/clients

    + Submits credit/debit memos for approval

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Associates degree (four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree)

    + 0-3 years business experience required

    + Prefer bench chemist experience

    + Strong communication skills, conflict resolution and client/customer relations

    + Able and willing to seek information from a variety of sources in a variety of ways to respond to client’s technical questions about the project and to effectively communicate project status

    + Computer skills; general word processing and database software

    + Excellent time management and organization skills
