    Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Total Force Manpower Management Department of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK. Responsibilities You will analyze manpower information to identify trends. You will identify methods to assess workload or manpower requirements to optimize manpower utilization. You will develop reports on study findings and recommendations. You will analyze civilian personnel and resource management issues to identify problem areas. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following manpower duties: 1) Preparing recommendations for manpower resource requirements and negotiates with managers of various components of the Region to obtain needed resources and support; 2) Preparing written and verbal recommendations for policies, procedures and courses of action to meet program requirements; 3) Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting the impact of new, changing and proposed guidelines, regulations, policies, and/or procedures issued by higher authority and makes implementation recommendations; 4) Advising and assisting on organizational relationships with other activities, organizational placement of new functions, reorganizations required by changing circumstances or conditions, mission requirements or specific tasks and functions.
