Starting Pay: $26 - 29 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:30 am - 2:30 pm

This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement!

What You Will Do:

+ Lead and manage hourly production line activities to meet daily production goals.

+ Monitor line performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency.

+ Determine when to pull team members from stations and reassign them as needed.

+ Manage labor across multiple stations, ensuring proper staffing and coverage.

+ Ensure the production line runs smoothly and meets quality standards.

+ Optimize line efficiency by placing the right personnel in the right positions.

+ Be experienced in multiple sections to step in and run other areas when necessary.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues quickly.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime

What You Will Bring:

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 3+ years of related experience.

+ Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications.

+ Adaptability to flexible work hours based on production demands, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be able to read, write, and speak both languages fluently
