About the position

We are looking for a **Program Manager** to lead and coordinate all aspects of the BluEdge maintenance and service contract programs, from initial quote through end-of-coverage. Working closely with our team and dealer channel partners, you will manage quote modeling, documentation, training, and customer support. In this role, you will play a key part in driving continuous improvement and expanding our customer pipeline.

Role Responsibilities

+ **Design and enhance** maintenance and service contract offerings to meet customer needs and drive growth.

+ **Lead contract administration,** including setup, negotiation, and successful implementation.

+ **Conduct regular contract reviews** with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and satisfaction.

+ **Optimize and maintain** quote models and pricing tools for accuracy and efficiency.

+ **Analyze and report** key program metrics, costs, and trends to leadership for strategic decision-making.

+ **Collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives,** creating impactful support tools and delivering training through online modules and live presentations.

+ **Identify challenges and implement solutions,** driving continuous improvement across processes and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree with **3 years** experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket and/or customer service, or Associate Degree with **5 years** experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket and/or customer service.

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

+ Experience with Salesforce (asset).

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including fluency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

+ Ability to quickly learn and multitask.

+ Enthusiasm toward and ability to solve problems.

+ Strong presentation skills.

+ Great attention to details.

+ Experience in transport refrigeration & fleet maintenance (asset).
