Job Description
This role will drive cross-functional alignment and execution for major growth programs across a large media and streaming portfolio. The Senior Program Manager will own planning and delivery for high-impact initiatives that span multiple teams and business units.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with teams including Growth Strategy, Content Distribution, Programming, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Decision Sciences, Partnerships, MarTech, Customer Care, Legal, and Finance to deliver consumer-facing programs that accelerate subscriber and revenue growth.
Ensure clarity on shared objectives and track progress against defined KPIs.
Serve as the connective link for end-to-end delivery—facilitate cross-team meetings, build project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and remove blockers to keep work on schedule.
Create and deliver executive-ready updates, dashboards, post-mortems, and presentations that provide transparency and actionable insights.
Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation, resources, and best practices to ensure accessibility and continuity across stakeholders.
Keep all relevant teams informed and aligned as programs launch; establish clear hand-off plans for transition to BAU post-launch.
Foster trust and collaboration across teams by reducing operational friction and serving as a reliable partner.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years in program management, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives within media, technology, or product-driven organizations.
Proven ability to lead without authority, influence across functions, and coordinate with external partners.
Experience managing globally distributed teams with varying objectives.
Strong communication skills to distill complexity for senior leaders and align teams around priorities.
Growth mindset with ability to quickly absorb new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
