Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will oversee and execute core human resources functions for our clients. Responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
Advising on compliance, policies, and best practices
Handling benefits administration, leave of absence requests, and employee relations issues
Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
Serving as a trusted resource for HR inquiries and guidance

Skills and Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients and employees
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR-related tools Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with HRIS platforms
Bilingual in Spanish
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
