Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleanroom Operations Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cleanroom facilities, maintaining a controlled environment, and supporting the production of high-quality products. The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management.
What You ll Do:
+ Cleanroom Responsibilities:
+ Work with both a team of your peers, and independently, interacting with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
+ Provide timely and responsive customer service to all assigned cleanroom customers and onsite personnel in support of clean area environments, test operations, and manufacturing.
+ Quality Control:
+ Perform routine checks to monitor and control cleanroom environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, and particulate levels.
+ Preform once to twice weekly restocking of disposable supplies and garment/laundry change out within your assigned clean garbing locations in accordance with work instruction WI000210, and the BPS21.25.
+ Conduct regular inspections of cleanroom facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards and certification regulations.
+ Identify and report any deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) or quality control measures.
+ Product Support:
+ Assist production staff with cleanroom-related tasks, such as cleanroom operational planning, floor plan layouts, furnishing and fixture installations, and certification and monitoring setup.
+ Ensure that all products and materials are handled and stored in accordance with cleanroom protocols.
+ Maintain accurate records of assigned calibrated asset inventory and on the job hand tools.
+ Documentation and Reporting:
+ Maintain accurate records of cleanroom operations, including temperature, humidity, and particle logs, certifications, and equipment maintenance records.
+ Generate reports on cleanroom performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
+ Training and Compliance:
+ Participate in training programs to maintain knowledge of cleanroom protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA, FDA, and industry-specific standards.
+ Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
+ Perform other duties as necessary.
**On-Site Work Environment:** This position requires regular in-person engagement by working **on-site five days** each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
**Working Conditions** :
+ Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor s or Master s, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.

A security clearance or access with Polygraph is not required to be eligible for this position. However, the applicant must be willing and eligible for submission, depending on program requirements, after an offer is accepted and must be able to maintain the applicable clearance/access.
As this position requires operating a company vehicle, an offer and subsequent employment are contingent upon possessing and maintaining a valid US driver's license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Associate s or Bachelor s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, biology, chemistry) preferred.
+ 1-2 years of experience in a cleanroom environment or a related field preferred (e.g., manufacturing, quality control).
+ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
+ Basic knowledge of cleanroom protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.
+ Cleanroom certification of ISO-14644-1 (class 5, 6, 7, 8) or willingness to obtain
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $39219 - $62751
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
