    SUMMARY OF JOB

    The Central Intake Staff Nurse is r esponsible for responding to all incoming calls, promoting agency programs, providing information and processing referral s for PA and NJ

    RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

    RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:

    + Current nursing license for appropriate state.

    + Two to three years of current clinical home care experience required.

    + Knowledge of reimbursement and regulatory issues regarding home care required.

    + Strong computer skills.

    + Excellent customer service skills and positive leadership style.

    + Excellent communication skills.

    + Ability to act autonomously.

    + Willing to promote the mission and values of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer.

    + Ability to function in a rapidly changing health care environment.

    + Ability to work flexible hours, with holidays and weekends included.

    LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

    + Current nursing license for appropriate state.

    + Two to three years of current clinical home care experience required.
