    Your Impact

    As an HR Business Partner, you will:

    + Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning HR solutions with business objectives

    + Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture

    + Deliver exceptional, customer-focused HR support to leaders and employees

    + Lead and implement regional and cross-functional HR initiatives

    + Drive change management efforts that support growth and innovation

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Business Partnering (30%)

    + Anticipate and influence HR needs by maintaining a deep understanding of business goals, challenges, and strategies

    + Balance advocacy for both the business and employees

    + Identify risks, address potential issues early, and de-escalate conflict

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

    + Interpret and apply HR policies and processes while considering business-specific needs

    High-Quality, Customer-Focused HR Service (25%)

    + Provide meaningful career coaching and support employee development plans

    + Advise on internal mobility and professional growth opportunities

    HR Projects, Programs, and Process Implementation (25%)

    + Drive and monitor HR policies and processes aligned with regional and organizational strategy

    + Simplify complex procedures to reduce administrative burden

    + Promote and leverage HR technology tools and share best practices

    + Lead HR process improvement initiatives and special projects

    + Facilitate training to ensure effective adoption of new processes

    + Collaborate across HR and business teams on planning and implementation

    Change Management (15%)

    + Lead innovative and creative change management initiatives

    + Anticipate resistance to change and address cultural and business considerations

    + Build connections, gather feedback, and foster buy-in across teams

    Other Duties (5%)

    + Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    + We are looking for independent self starters.

    + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a Center of Excellence or HR generalist role

    + Strong ability to influence and challenge business leaders while considering the human side of change

    + Experience working in a multi-functional, international environment

    + Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships

    + Solid working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations

    + Demonstrated success coaching employees for professional development

    + Experience handling complex employee relations matters

    + Strong written, presentation, interpersonal, consultative, and problem-solving skills

    + HR systems experience (ADP, Workday, SAP)

    + Proficiency with Google Suite

    + Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous Union experience is **highly desirable.**

    + Previous experience in the aerospace industry

    **Pay Details:** $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
