Helio Health is seeking aNurse Practitioner in Psychiatry (NPP)for theForensic ACT program, in conjunction with the Team Leader, has overall clinical responsibility for monitoring individual treatment and staff delivery of clinical services.

Pay Range:$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.

This position is also eligible for a $8,000 Sign On Incentive!

Responsibilities

+ Provide psychiatric and medical assessment, along with treatment

+ Provide clinical supervision, education, and training to the team

+ Provide psychopharmacology services related to the development, maintenance, and supervision of medications for psychiatric and medical purposes, including medications for opioid, alcohol, and tobacco use orders, clozapine and long-acting injectables.

Qualifications

+ NYS licensed/registered NP with specialty area of Psychiatry required

+ Must have NPI number

+ National Certification through AANP or ANCC

+ Master's of Science in Nursing

+ Trained and experienced in prescribing buprenorphine.

+ Knowledge of evidence-based practices and/or person-centered care a plus

+ Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation

+ Helio Health's insurance carrier requires that employees who drive personal vehicles for work maintain minimum auto insurance coverage limits of at least $100,000/person; $300,000/accident and that employees provide HR with proof of current minimum insurance coverage (copy of Auto Liability Insurance Declaration Page) on their first day of employment. Employees are required to provide an updated Auto Liability Insurance Declaration Page to HR by expiration date on Declaration Page.
