    BAYADA is launching a **new school-based ABA program in Wall, NJ** , and we’re seeking **full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs®)** who are passionate about supporting students in a public school setting.     Position Details

    + **Location:** Wall, NJ (school-based services)

    + **Schedule:** Full-Time

    + **Setting:** Public school environment

    What You’ll Do

    + Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

    + Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans

    + Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)

    + Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams

    + Lead group supervision and professional development sessions

    + Ensure compliance with BACB® ethical and professional standards

    + Promote a culture rooted in compassion, excellence, and reliability

    What We’re Looking For

    + Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the BACB®

    + New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or ability to obtain prior to start

    + Experience in pediatric and/or school-based ABA settings preferred

    + Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

    + Comfort with technology and data-driven decision-making

    + Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

    + Commitment to ongoing professional growth and high-quality clinical care
