    BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a **Behavioral Health RN** to join our outstanding and compassionate team at our **State Inpatient Psychiatric Program in New Port Richey, FL** **!**

     

    + **Facility:** Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program

    + **Location:** New Port Richey, FL

    + **Status:** Full Time, 32 hours per week

    + **Exempt:** No

    + **Shift Hours:** Four Days; 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, including some weekends

    + **Shift:** Second

    + **On Call:** No

    The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for:

    + Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.

    + Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

    + Professional accountability and development.

    + The Clinical Nurse II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

    Certifications and Licensures:

    + Required - BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + Required - RN (Registered Nurse)

    + Preferred - Nurse Specialty

    **Education** :

    + Required - Associate's or Diploma in Nursing

    + Preferred - Bachelor's in Nursing

    Experience:

    + Required - 2 years' experience as a licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse Requirements
