    The Boeing Company – Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a **Senior** **Financial Analyst** based out of **Everett, Washington** . In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by providing financial analysis support to BCA Development Programs. _This position offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates._

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, peers, and business partners across functions and programs

    + Act as a trusted advisor to your business partners by providing valuable business insights and strategic recommendations

    + Support the execution of development program statement of work, develop financial budgets & plans, performance reporting and opportunity & risk management

    + Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or budgets for functions or pools; financial forecasts and budgets for contracts or programs

    + Initiates assignments and leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management and executive leadership

    + Makes recommendations to senior management and executive leadership on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

    + Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends

    + Participate in the development of business cases using appropriate indices

    + Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions

    + Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + 5+ years of experience leading the integration and analysis of resource forecasting and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, financial statements forecasts and/or financial EACs for contracts

    + 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions

    + 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment

    + 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft office suite

    + Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + 2+ years of experience leading a team or project

    + Experience developing and analyzing Financial forecasts

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to adapt to evolving work statements and business

    Summary pay range: $122,400 - $165,600
