**Boeing Global Services (BGS)** has an exciting opportunity for a **Mid Level / Senior-Level Quality Systems Specialist** to join the team in **St. Louis, MO.** This role is to support Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) issued corrective actions, partner with the DCMA customer and build/maintain BGS quality metrics.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage internal and external corrective actions

+ Collect and verify data to support the identification of root cause

+ Provide ideas and concepts for corrective action development with a cross functional team

+ Build and manage customer relationships with DCMA

+ Build and maintain BGS Quality metrics (KPIs)

+ Supports BGS Quality Management System and Internal Audit programs when needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Process Improvements

+ 3+ years in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

+ 3+ years in a customer facing role engaging with internal and external customers

+ 3+ years experience working in a cross-functional environment with strong communication skills for interacting with leadership, internal and external customer representatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

+ 5+ years in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

+ 5+ years in a customer facing role engaging with internal and external customers

+ 5+ years experience working in a cross-functional environment with strong communication skills for interacting with leadership, internal and external customer representatives

+ 3+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership

+ Experience in performing and coaching root cause analysis and problem solving for all levels of leadership

+ Experience with MRB processes and/or investigations

+ Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience

+ 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $95,200 - $128,800

Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 4): $117,300 - $158,700
