The S.I.T.E. (Sexual Issues Treatment & Education) Program Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing positive relationships with referral and funding source personnel, coordination and oversight of referrals, case assignments, intake and admission, service authorizations and billing, file audits; supervision of assigned staff, and oversight of documentation for compliance with all funding, statutory, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Human Services, Public Administration, Business Administration, or other related Human Services field with experience in social services, human services or mental health services preferred. Supervisory experience preferred; relevant experience inside and/or outside KidsPeace may be considered in lieu of supervisory experience.
+ Minimum one year experience with services to clients with trauma issues. Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred.
+ Valid state driver’s license and means of own transportation required.
+ First Aid/CPR certifications required.
+ Must be 21 years of age.
JOB DUTIES:
+ Recruit, interview, hire and train staff in designated program areas; Assure staff are oriented, trained according to KidsPeace and regulatory requirements.
+ Provide supervision for assigned staff, conduct performance evaluations, schedule regular meetings to motivate, teach, supervise and reinforce their work.
+ Develop and implement a system to coordinate and oversee referrals, evaluations, authorizations and packet submissions, admissions, and discharges for clients served. Support teamwork throughout the organization.
+ Interact with referral and funding agency personnel to coordinate programming and services.
+ Track and report on assigned therapists’ billable hours to ensure that budgeted targets are being met.
+ Monitor client documentation and records for compliance with requirements of the program, licensing, accrediting, regulatory, corporate policies and funding sources.
+ Conduct billing and documentation audits for finance and compliance purposes.
+ Collect and report outcomes as necessary.
+ Maintain communication with the SITE Manager regarding unusual or other important issues related to program services.
+ Anticipate customer needs and provide information, services, and support to clients, client family members, visitors, colleagues, community service providers and others, in order to promote customer satisfaction
