Translate business objectives, user insights, and organizational priorities into clear product goals and measurable outcomes, expressed as features, user stories, and testing criteria as needed
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including understanding business problems, identifying specialist needs, developing optimal solutions, and leading business readiness and change-management efforts
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance the employee experience
Apply Agile best practices while partnering with Information Technology teams to organize and prioritize the sprint backlog and balance stakeholder requirements
Collaborate with Scrum teams to plan sprints, refine requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Serve as the business owner for ongoing product maintenance, including incident tracking, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Maintain relationships with external vendors related to product services, issue resolution, and future enhancements
Mentor and guide team members on product management, ownership responsibilities, and Agile best practices
Partner with stakeholders across Reservations and cross-divisionally—including Information Technology, Reservations Strategy, Enterprise Solutions, and Human Resources—to evaluate solutions, share best practices, and collaborate on enterprise-level opportunities
