Duties & Responsibilities

+ Supervise and direct the nursing unit activities of IV Infusion, IV Therapy, and the Nursing Resource Float Team to ensure quality patient care and efficient nursing operations.

+ Additional responsibilities include supervising all nursing staff personnel, directing unit quality assurance activities, and assisting in in-service education and/or nursing staff training.

Qualifications

+ Requires licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina with three (3) - four (4) years clinical experience.

+ Supervisory skills required.

+ Master's degree required within three (3) years of date of hire. If the Master's Degree is not in nursing then BSN is required with a Master's Degree in related field as approved by the Director/ AVP or CNO.

+ Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advance (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months is required.
